Q: Do you have a storefront?
A: No. We are a Residential Bakery specializing in custom cakes. In September of 2011 the Texas legislature passed the Cottage Food Law allowing home bakers to produce and sell specific items made in their homes.
Q: Can I buy something and get it the same day?
A: No. Because I only made custom orders you can't shop the same day.
Q: When should I book my cake?
A: To avoid disappointment, I suggest providing 6-12 weeks notice for wedding cakes and 3-6 weeks for corporate, birthday and other occasion cakes.
During off-peak season (May-August) 2-3 weeks is adequate notice, and in exceptional cases, cakes may be turned around within the week.
Q: What kind of cake should I order?
A: Depends on your budget, you have 3 options:
Q: How I can place my order??
A: For Custom Orders (cakes and cupcakes), you can email me and tell me what you need (date, servings, cake flavor, fillings, decoration, description..).
Once all details have been decided I will send you a confirmation email with the final price and an agreement will be signed for you.
If you approve the project then you make the payment of deposit or total.
After the payment received, your order will be on my schedule.
Q: Do you offer tasting?
A: YES I offer a tasting Free each month into an Open House if my Calendar let me do it. Read more here

Q: Can I pay you when I pick up or you deliver my order?
A: No. A deposit of 50% (not refundable) is due at time of order placement. Balance must be paid 2 weeks before your event.
* Event dates are held for you through the date of your appointment or quote, and fine (5) business days afterwards. If I do not recived a signed contract and 50% deposit within fine (5) business days of your appointment or quote, your date may become unavailable.
* Cake orders placed with less than two weeks notice require payment in full at the time of ordering.Sweet-Heaven wait up to 24 hours to receive your payment.
If this is not received your order can be rejected.

Q: Do you deliver???
Yes.. I offer delivery . Please see the information here
Pick Up: If you are picking up a cake we strongly urge you to use a vehicle with a large flat surface and something with fold down seats allowing for air conditioning to reach the cake. Cakes do not like to be hot and will shed their iced coverings to cool themselves. Try to avoid slamming on the brakes at the light or cause G-forces going around a corner. Never hold a cake in your lap. You will wind up wearing it or will need therapy from the stress.
Q: I have dietary restrictions.. Can you help?
A: Unfortunately I'm not able to guarantee that my cakes do not have nuts, eggs etc and as a result do not handle customers with allergy requests.
Every effort will be made by Sweet-Heaven to fulfill the expectations of the client as understood at the consultation. However due to the subjectivity of the work and the different decorators involved there may be slight variations. There are also structural limitations when using cake as a sculptural medium. As a consequence Sweet-Heaven will need to make certain decisions during the process of manufacture that may affect the style of decoration, proportion or structure of the cake.
Please note that delivery/setup time is final as noted on your invoice. Changes to delivery/setup must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to event.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Once we agreed on the design, flavor, filling, and you pay your deposit, your order will enter our schedule. If you decide to cancel your order your deposit and any other amount paid are not refundable.
If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior, the balance is due in full.
In the event of something occurs that affects your scheduled event date, please contact us to discuss options.
Refunds are provided if Sweet-Heaven fail to deliver or have your cake ready for pick up on the date specified at the time of order, not including events of Mother Nature that may prevent delivery until a later date.
Sweet-Heaven Do Not provide refunds if:
1.The customer or someone ordering for them gives us the wrong date, address for delivery, or time.
2. Refunds requested due to style, decorations, color/shade/tint, size of decorations of misunderstanding about the design misunderstanding of the overall general design concept, ordering a flavor you didn't like or failure to order what you actually wanted, imperfections caused by weather, heat, humidity, rain, ice, freezing, snow or other factors beyond our control will not be honored
