Q: Can I buy something and get it the same day???
A: No. Because I only made custom orders you can't shop the same day.
Q: How far in advance should I order my cake??
A: I recommend at least one week prior to your event for all Cakes, Cupcakes, Sheet cakes and 8" Two Layer round cakes orders that are custom or basic.
I can have an order ready in a minimun of 3 days if my schedule permits.
For Wedding or large event cakes and cupcakes (100 serving or more) it will be better if you put your order at least 1 month in advance.
Some personalized decorations take a lot of time to do.
Q: What kind of cake should I order?
A: Depends on your budget, you have 3 options:
Q: How I can place my order??
A: For Custom Orders (cakes and cupcakes), you can email me and tell me what you need (date, servings, cake flavor, fillings, decoration, description..).
Once all details have been decided I will send you a confirmation email with the final price and an agreement will be signed for you.
If you approve the project then you make the payment of deposit or total.
After the payment received, your order will be on my schedule.
Q: Do you offer tasting?
A:* Tasting can only be requested for orders over 50 servings. Read more here
Q: Can I pay you when I pick up or you deliver my order?
A: No. A deposit of 50% (not refundable) is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full at time of delivery or pickup
Order under $100 must be paid in full at time of order placement.

Q: Do you deliver???
Yes.. I offer delivery for order over $100 Fees Do Apply. Order over $200 delivery is FREE.
Pick Up: If you are picking up a cake we strongly urge you to use a vehicle with a large flat surface and something with fold down seats allowing for air conditioning to reach the cake. Cakes do not like to be hot and will shed their iced coverings to cool themselves. Try to avoid slamming on the brakes at the light or cause G-forces going around a corner. Never hold a cake in your lap. You will wind up wearing it or will need therapy from the stress.
A cancellation may be made up to two weeks before the event.
If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is refused, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. Sweet-Heaven will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or refused delivery. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior, the balance is due in full. (No deposit) Please note that delivery/setup time is final as noted on your invoice. Changes to delivery/setup must be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to event.
While we make every effort to provide exactly the flavors, fillings, decorations, sizes, shapes and colors you have requested, the creation of a cake is an art and may be subject to slight variations by the creator(s). I promise you the best product and service I can provide.
